Custom Business Event

All the things included with a reservation or package at Cookhouse - from the appetizer forks all the way to the customizable table for up to 30 guests, disposables like to-go / takeaway containers and plastic wrap, often forgotten items like birthday candles (and lighters), and kitchen equipment like bread knives, pots and pans, and our three ovens. Not to mention our expertise and, should you wish, our slightly embarrassing music playlists.

We’ll provide the space and equipment, glassware, and tableware you need to cook and eat a meal for the number of guests you’ll be expecting (plus a few more in case of surprises). We’ll also vet and hire for you the best available event professionals that fit your preferences, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy.

The Basics

Overview

  • Exclusive use of the full venue

  • Furniture: tables, chairs, and custom set up for your group size before you arrive

  • Use of all on-site kitchen equipment, silverware, plates, glasses, decor, and technical amenities (see following lists)

  • Access to pre-stocked wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Clean up after your event (for cleanup during your event, please inquire)


Planning

Planning

  • We vet and hire the appropriate event professionals personalized to your group’s needs, preferences, and budget.

  • We then send you a proposal, timeline, and costs for approval. Note: we want the best fit to make your event the best it can be, and thus do not accept kickbacks from event vendors.

  • Two major revisions allowed. Dietary restrictions and changes to guest count of up to 20% original count do not count as revisions.

  • Our team is also available to help with any guidance, questions from your team regarding best practices, or special requests.

Coordination

  • We’ll provide an all-in-one invoice for your convenience, and handle all the terms and contracts with event professionals.

  • We’ll also pre-address any risks/gaps we see in service staff, timeline, and guest experience, and check in with you and vendors ahead of the event to cover details and check for changes.

  • An Event Manager will be onsite during your event to supervise details.

  • Setup prior to your event as well as cleanup after your event by our staff is included in the reservation.

  • Vases and candles are included for you to use.
