Packages & Services




Onsite Event Assistant

Setting up food or decor, setting the table, pouring drinks, passing hors d’oeuvres, tidying, serving food and bussing, turning over used dishes and glassware, organizing, and packing up rentals. Note: we do not cook.


Offsite Event Assistant

Our Event Assistants are also available to help with the tasks listed above for events in San Francisco. Please inquire here.


Menus and/or placecards

Includes custom menu design (send a logo or special wording if you’d like to), felt finish coverstock paper, print & cut. Usually, this takes about 1/2 hour for menus and 1/2 to 1 hour for placecards.


A-la-carte event planning

Want to rent tablecloths, find styling props, or get favors for your guests? Need help coming up with a comfortable budget, and sticking to it? We offer in-house event planning and coordination for services not included in event packages. It’s cost-efficient: one hour or ten - whatever you need, not more nor less. It’s also convenient: if you’ve already made a reservation, you don’t need a separate contract.



$55 per hour. An $85/hr rate applies for last-minute bookings (within 14 days in advance) and requests for senior staff. We'll only apply this rate when necessary or requested.


















EVENT packages


If you would like professional help for your event, we can hire the following types of event services for you. We have worked with a large range of chefs and other event professionals, and want you to find the best fit for your particular event, whether an executive dinner, birthday celebration, or anything in between.


How to book a package

  1. First, book a reservation at Cookhouse, so that you've nailed down the time & date. 
  2. Tell us which services you'd like, and we'll ask you some information to find the best fits.
  3. We send you a package proposal, and you can approve and book, or request changes.



For the below event services, a simple 20% fee applies to the cost of orders (minimum $300) and we include all charges on one bill for your convenience.

We are happy to help you come up with an estimated budget. Prices for services vary widely based on many factors, mostly event type and number of guests, but we’ll tailor the proposal to your budget and preferences. We've done everything from $1,800 receptions to $70,000+ celebrity chef dinners.
