EVENT COORDINATION

20% of cost

If you would like professional help for your event, we can hire the following types of services for you. For the below event services, there is no hourly event coordination charge; instead, a simple 20% fee will apply to the cost of orders (minimum $300) and all charges will be included on one bill for your convenience.  

 

Chefs or Caterers

Cooking Instructors

Florists /Event Stylists     

Photographers 

Sommeliers

 

We’ll send you a proposal after you’ve reserved the space. Prices for services vary widely based on many factors, mostly event type and number of guests, but we’ll tailor the proposal to your budget and preferences.

If you’d like to coordinate these services yourself, feel free to ask for recommendations after you make your Cookhouse reservation. We’d be happy to help. 

 

 

 

 

EVENT ASSISTANCE

$55 per Event Assistant per hour

 

Onsite service/assistance

Setting up food or decor, setting the table, pouring drinks, passing hors d’oeuvres, tidying, serving food and bussing, turning over used dishes and glassware, organizing, and packing up rentals. Note: we do not cook.

 

Menus and/or placecards

Includes custom menu design (send a logo or special wording if you’d like to), felt finish coverstock paper, print & cut. Usually, this takes 1 staff member about a 1/2 hour for menus and a 1/2 to 1 hour for placecards.

 

A-la-carte event planning

Want to rent cocktail tables, find styling props, or get favors for your guests? Need help coming up with a comfortable budget, and sticking to it? We offer in-house event planning and coordination. It’s cost-efficient: one hour or ten - whatever you need, not more nor less. It’s also convenient: if you’ve already made a reservation, you don’t need a separate contract.

 

Please note:

An $85/hr rate applies for last-minute Event Assistants (it's best to request at least 14 days in advance) or special requests for senior staff. We'll only apply this higher rate when necessary or requested.
